AI found you provides services in the field of Generative Engine Optimization (GEO). These include:

• a free, automated AI visibility scanner that evaluates publicly accessible signals of a specified website;
• paid analyses, audits, action plans and ongoing optimization and monitoring by separate agreement.

The content and scope of paid services follow from the respective individual offer. Only an express order creates a paid contract.

3. Use of the free scanner

The scanner may only be used for websites for which the user is authorized to initiate a technical retrieval of publicly accessible information. Abusive, automated or availability-impairing use is prohibited. We reserve the right to restrict access in the event of misuse.

4. No guarantee of success

The results of the scanner and our analyses are based on the current state of publicly available signals and on the behaviour of third-party AI systems that we cannot influence. We owe professional performance of the service but not any specific outcome, in particular no guaranteed mention, ranking or recommendation by an AI system.

5. Prices and payment

The quick scan is free of charge. The prices stated in the respective offer apply to paid services. Unless otherwise agreed, invoices are due within 14 days without deduction. Prices are exclusive of any applicable statutory taxes.

6. Liability

We are liable without limitation in cases of intent and gross negligence and under mandatory statutory provisions. In the case of slightly negligent breach of essential contractual obligations, liability is limited to the foreseeable damage typical for the contract. Any further liability is excluded. For the free use of the scanner we are liable only in cases of intent and gross negligence.

7. Third-party trademarks

ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Perplexity, DeepSeek and Grok are trademarks of their respective owners. AI found you is an independent service; there is no affiliation with, endorsement by or sponsorship from these companies.

8. Final provisions

Swiss law applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. To the extent permitted by law, the place of jurisdiction is the registered office of TB Growth Invest GmbH in Zug, Switzerland. Mandatory consumer protection provisions at the customer's place of residence remain unaffected. Should any provision of these terms be invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions remains unaffected.
