Refund & Cancellation Policy
Last updated: June 2026. This policy governs withdrawal, refunds and cancellation for services purchased through aifoundyou.de under the "AI found you" brand (TB Growth Invest GmbH).
1. Payment processing
Your contractual counterparty is TB Growth Invest GmbH; we issue your invoice. Payments are processed technically by our payment service provider Stripe (Stripe Payments Europe, Ltd.). Refunds are issued to the same payment method. For questions about a payment, we are happy to help at contact@aifoundyou.de.
2. Consumer right of withdrawal
Consumers have a statutory right of withdrawal of 14 days from the conclusion of the contract. You may declare your withdrawal without giving reasons in text form (e.g. by email to contact@aifoundyou.de).
3. Expiry of the right of withdrawal for digital services
Our reports and analyses are digital services that we provide immediately upon your express consent. By placing your order you expressly agree that we begin performance before the withdrawal period expires, and you acknowledge that your right of withdrawal expires once the service has been fully provided. As long as the service has not been fully provided (e.g. the report has not yet been created or delivered), your right of withdrawal remains in place.
4. Refunds
If the service has not yet been provided and you withdraw in time, we refund the amount paid in full. In addition, as a goodwill gesture, we grant a refund if a paid report demonstrably contains technical defects or materially deviates from the described scope of services and we fail to remedy the defect within a reasonable period. Refunds are issued via the same means of payment used for the original transaction.
5. Monitoring subscription
The monitoring subscription (CHF 49/month) can be cancelled at any time, effective at the end of the current billing period. After cancellation, the service continues until the end of the period already paid for; there is no pro-rata refund for the current month. No automatic refund is made for periods that have already elapsed.
6. How to request a refund
Send us an email at contact@aifoundyou.de with your order or invoice number and a brief reason. We usually process your request within 5 business days.
